Eligibility
The Award is open to any spa and wellness centre, and manufacturer or distributor of spa products in Malaysia. To be eligible to receive an award, spas and wellness centres nominee
must:
- Be in continuous operations for no less than 1 year (except Best New Spa) in
Malaysia. - Be legally registered with a local authority to operate as a spa or wellness centre (reflexology, hair salon, TCM centre, etc.)
- Not involved in providing any product or service that contravenes any law of the
country.
