The Asia Spa & Wellness Promotion Council or ASWPC is the regional coordinating body for the promotion of spas and wellness centres. We assist national and regional organisation in promoting spas and wellness centres inter- and intra-regionally to an audience of wellness tourists, health practitioners and other stakeholders.

Objectives of Malaysia Spa and Wellness Awards
Malaysia Spa and Wellness Awards would like:

1. To recognize people and processes within the spa and wellness industry for efforts, innovations and excellence
2. To promote the spa and wellness industry as a self-sustaining high growth industry and as an important support industry for tourism, health and services centres
3. To serve as a significant branding and promotional tool for winners, and in aiding the identification and differentiation of good spas and wellness centres
4. To promote of the traditional Malay massage as a national heritage, and encourage the practice and delivery of this tradition across the country and internationally
